Vodafone India — special offer and delaying mnp to other service provider

I have requested for mnp and got the unique port id on wednesday at 10:00 am. After an hour i got a call from vodafone executive asking me not to do mnp as i would be provided with a special offer for my number within 24 hours via sms after which i can recharge. It has 48 hours since and i have not received any such sms on my number and i have made 2 phone calls complaining about it and every time the vodafone customer excutive states that it would be done within few hours. Vodafone india have started making such false statements.

Details: She did't reply to my query. She was behaving like she was in beauty contest. Showing too much attitude. It happened twice with me and 2-3 times with my friends too.

Hi,
I buy a new Vodafone SIM card from India and I use almost 1 day at there now I back to KSA
And here I can't connect with my Network
(To any network)
And when I call to my Indian Number it's said
"Your Vodafone number temprorely out of service"

Please help
