Vodafone India — Suspension of newly ported number to Vodafone | |||||
I had ported my another no. 9013xxxxx5 from Dolphin to Vodafone after receiving a call from Vodafone for their executive under the Corporate Plan. I furnished all the documents as well as address proof to your executive. The no. Got activated successfully after porting. But after only 3 days of activation, the outgoing as well as incoming calls have been stopped . After calling their complaint no., the executive informed me that the physical verification is pending and as a result the no. has been temporarily suspended. It may be noteworthy that no prior call/sms for verification was received by me. They further informed that in order to activate no., I have to go to a Vodafone Store along with all the documents and then the no. will be activated in one day. Till such time, my no. would remain suspended, now I went to the nearby store, the executives there told me that the issue is all together different. They informed me that the no. has been suspended since I am already having more than 3 no. registered in my name for corporate plan.which is the maximum limit. Now, I have to first convert the suspended no. to prepaid and then it would be activate it. Thereafter, I again called up '198' their complaint no. and they again misguided me by saying that their is no such bar for having more than 3 nos. in one name. I was shocked to see that both of the executives of a same company are having a different stand on the similar matter and the costumer is facing problem. At last I gave my phone to the store executive and they both after having their arguments confirmed that he store executive was right and I cannot have more than 3 no registered in my name. Now, you see what damage this service provider has done to me. First of all, they called up saying you can get another no. on Believing them, I got my Dolphin no, transferred after completion of the desired formalities. Thereafter, they have suspended my no for 4 days from now, which is causing immense loss to me. Lastly, now they are saying that the desired plan which vodafone had offered and for which I gave up my Dolphin connection cannot be acceded to. I am really annoyed at their behaviour and sheer ignorance of facts. Even now my no. is suspended and I an running from Store to Home to get it activated.
