Beware!! All the corporate connection holders in kerala. Vodafone has recently changed the tariff plan - ker_sme_99_ plan_2256287 without consumers notice. When contacted the customer service (Via chat) an agent named - rithvika mentioned that such changes are common in vodafone and they do not necessarily inform the consumers. To my surprise, only when i made online payment through myvodafone account realized this change in tariff plan from ker_sme_99_ plan_2256287 to super 249 n_25599165. Why would a service provider change the tariff plans without informing consumers? This shows they do not care or have least courtesy to keep customers informed of any changes and/or want them to decide on what plans would best suit for them. This is utter disgusting and a breach in services offered to consumers that surely requires filing a complaint in the consumer court. I asked to register my complaint and with hesitation i got a reference number but was made clear that the original plan is no longer in service and better i take the service plan migrated by them without my knowledge. Time to port the services, since i cannot tolerate cheaters.

Ker_sme_99_ plan_2256287 as on 12/08/2017 and this plan has been changed twice without consumer notice on 2 occasions.
