Vodafone India — they are treating us like we dont understand anything | |||
dear sir my name is narendra shingade the Vodafone company charge their bill that type which they want i had complaint against them seems last four months but they are not responding first bills was like 1. 550 2. 600 3.1940 4.940 but they gave sum concession n its 840 n now they changed my plan without my permission my last plan was 249/- in that plan 600 local min other 60 paisa per m v to v 30 ppm but now they changed my plan without my permission n i dont want that i just want to terminate service n i cant able to come at their outlet so pls i will make their payment by internet n just turn my post pay service in to pre paid Was this information helpful? | |||

I to face such issue they treat me as if we guys doesn't know anything I face this issue with store as well at there customer call centres but some of the executives are really nice
