[Resolved]  Vodafone India — This is regarding my dongle, no speed and no internet

Sir, i logged issues on my dongle not working and no internet is coming from one year but still nobody is fixing this problem. I have been paying the money for this post paid connection without internet. My dongle is absolutely not in use becuase of the internet speed. Every time when i logged the complaint they are closing the case without resolving the problem. Answer is mobile is switched off. this is completely wrong and nobody is calling me or emailing me about the issue. Please help in resolving this issue at the earliest. complaint numbers are :[protected] and[protected]
