[Resolved] Vodafone India — To activate the serices of Vodafone Postpaid mobile.

Sir/ madam, My mobile no-[protected] is out of service. Last payment was done of Rs 5830.00 on 31/10/14 after the wave-off given by Vodafone. But in the current bill it is not waved-off. Only around Rs 700.00 should be the billing amount after that payment. 2-3 times I have visited your Vodafone store at Karol Bagh Metro station, New Delhi, but I have not found any satisfactory response, as the services are totally closed. I have also talked to the Vodafone Customer Care service. So, please correct my bill accordingly and activate my services. Updated by Amarjeet Singh Kalyan I am sorry to say that still no response has not came from Vodafone India after about 20 days passed. In spite of this I got the bill of Rs 3227.00 from Vodafone and the Vodafone is expecting to pay the same "Immediate". The said bill could not be paid, as per the reasons in my earlier e-mails sent to Vodafone India and my Complaint Dated 1st Jan-2015. I am facing so much problem as the services are still closed.
I again Request Vodafone India to resolve my problem and activate my no- [protected]
And I expect the problem can be resolved earlier from their end.
