Vodafone India — To revert offer of 349 into 345

I purchased the sim in offer of 349 which was valid for 12 months.
As i done recharge on this month again for 349 does not gives me same offer for this month.
Not even there is an option to revert the recharge.
I m unhappy with it
I want the same offer as availed last month

Updated by POONAM TRIVEDI Either revert ny plan to the plan which was availed by me last month or revert me back my mone or i want to surrender my Vodafone sim and services
24×7 customer care service is also not available to me.
Wrong information is given.
As previously i purchased the sim at 349 and got the offer of all india call and 1gb data per day till 28 days.
And now this offer is not available to me.
