Vodafone India — Transaction failed but amount debited.

Respected sir I was recharging a Vodafone up no. For rs 510 today. Through the official site of Vodafone India. Through a bank of India debit card cum ATM card. However it said that sorry we are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@bikkdesk.com for any queries. The recharge is not done. However my account is debited by rs 510. Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible. Thank you.

After informing about the failed transaction here. The recharge was done successfully later in evening.
