[Resolved] Vodafone India — Unable to make or receive call

Sir,
I am unable to make or receive call / sms from last one month. Several time I call to your customer care executive and i also chat with your representative they all telling me lie and was unable to solve my problem. first time when i call to your CCE they tell me pls recharge with rs 20 or more than that, I have done but nothing happen. 2 nd time one of your CCE give me a complain id by sms ([protected]) but nothing happen . 3 rd time one of your CCE tell me that this is not a complain ID.
You just tell me what type of service you are provided ????
Please help me
Please activate my number if possible or give me a MNP number so I can switch from your service to another service because it is very use full number .
