Vodafone India — unable to use internet after converting postpaid to prepaid | |||
My mobile no. Is [protected]. I had changed my number from postpaid to prepaid on 3rd july 2017. On 7th july 2017 i logged complaint that in spite of doing all settings i am not able to use internet data. I was told that i will get call within 12 hours of logging complaint but till today neither i have received call nor my issue is resolved. I am very unhappy with complaint handling procedure of vodafone. I need immediate solution for my issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
