[Resolved] Vodafone India — Unacceptable behaviour from vodafone agents | |||
I am a vodafone user & recently I migrated from postpaid to prepaid. For this migartion I visited my nearby Vodafone mini store & inquired them for the procedure. The procedure was however delayed & they charged Rs.200 from me saying that it includes migation fees & I will be getting Rs.75 talktime soon after my prepaid SIM gets activated. The SIM got activated on 15 Nov 14 but I didnt got the recharge as told by them. On 17th I visited their store & inquired about that recharge and after that what happened was beyond my expectation. The girl to whom I inquired bumped into an heated argument with me upon this silly issue. I dont know what took place in her mind at that particular point of time that she reacted at this matter in this way. She literally abused & threatened me. I was shocked to see such behaviour from an agent of Vodafone. Was I wrong in asking when my account will be credited with Rs.75 talktime? And soon after that argument my SIM showed NO SERVICE! I called up 111 & 198 but no solution was provided to me. I even mailed to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com but didnt received any relevant answer. Was this information helpful? | |||
