Vodafone India — Unauthorised charges while using vodafone internet on mobile [protected] | |||
While using Internet on my phone, there was a pop up msg that appeared. On closing the pop up window, I received a msg on my phone, ( DEAR CUSTOMER, THANK YOU FOR BUYING MYDALA DEALS. ) On informing this to the Customer care, they were forcing it on me that it was on my command that this was done. I did not authorise any such payment. I did not buy any deal. Even during the telephonic conversation they failed to explain me that how can a third party ( not vodafone ) add charges to my vodafone bill. Vodafone provides following services to this number (or any customer ) which it can charge: 1.Calls 2.SMS 3.Internet 4. Other vodafone services MYDALA is not vodafone. I did not authorise Vodafone to apply any other charge on my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
