[Resolved] Vodafone India — Unauthorized charge for [protected] | |||||
Dear Team, I am not agree with the Vodafone bill for the last month April 2017 which is 807.93. I called the customer care for the details of bill and The customer care person explained as I called the special no for 16 min so I have to pay for special charges, when I checked the bill and got the special no which is not correct and valid and as per my knowledge I never called on this number so I want to know how the amount is calculated for the special no even the special no is not valid and not called by me or my family members. I need higher level of escalation on this condition and need the details of escalation matrix to contact Please explain and share about the special number and details of charges.
