Vodafone India — Unauthorized Internet rentals | |||||
I have been billed for 7 months now for unauthorised monthly internet rentals of 499 whereas i always had a 199 plan opted. I have been however paying my bills regularly but i have never opted for a higher rental plan and hence want my money refunded for a plan i never applied nor authorised. I do recollect keep receiving such calls from vodafone service centre to activate such rental plans however i had never confirmed or authorised or applied for such a plan through any such means that vodafone wrongfully claims. My concerns are when we do pay regularly all bills why should we customers be harassed through such wrongful practices. I also wish to highlight the way a customer would be treated by these telecom service providers and the extent they go to if certain bills should remain unpaid by customers, then why should i as a customer be unfairly treated in case of a service i have never authorised.
