[Resolved] Vodafone India — Unauthorized payment billed to my account -[protected] | |||
Hi Team, i have taken Vodafone 4G wifi connection on 31st May and i have been trying to get connected it was not connecting, when i called customer care they said i have to pay 6000 which is of advance rental plan without my notice they have billed and asking for the payment and without the usage why should i pay..when i called that executive he has extended the timeline but not the resolution, please get this filed severely and make the waver closure in my account and i dont want to use this wifi device anyhow its not working. two things make it simple either get the connection activation today end of the day else take the request of disconnection and update the status by today

Without usage of services why should i pay the bill ? its issue with your team
Understand waver is done for zero and i dont want further extension speak to the Manager who i spoke today morning-Ankitha -9886018601 and close it today and give call back once done with activation
