Vodafone India — Undue payments charged to Senior citizen and voice services blocked | |||||
1. I have taken this add on number for my Mother who is 80 years old. 2. Average Bill for this add on number for past 1-2 years is not more than 200/- which is still lower during recent months. 3. Voice services are being blocked whenever payments are not made within 1-2 months from due date. 4. As stated in your mail for so called VAS and other services the outstanding payments shooted up even more than 5000/- also and still it was not blocked. However for Voice calls pending payment is done. 5. As I was told that these payments are for third party services which is being paid to them and collected from customers. 6. The methods / for activating such services are purposely kept such a way that customer by mistake do this and service providers gets amount from customer forcefully. This will be my last request from Vodafone to revert all charges EXCEPT FOR VOICE CALLS for which this add on connection has been taken by me. If the same is not reverted immediately, I will file a case under CONSUMER COURT and fight for same. ALSO I AM READY TO PORT MY NUMBER (including My 13 years old number main number) I DONOT WANT THIS VODAFONE NUMBER TO REACTIVATE TILL MY ABOVE MENTIONED REQUEST IS ADDRESSED.
