Vodafone India — Unethical and unreasonable way of earning money

I was using songs.pk and suddenly I receive a SMS of balance deduction of 35 Rs for mobile mela where as I never activated it. When I called customer care the executive is blaming me. I m using vodafone from last 8 years but never spoke to such a arrogant guy.. Please refund my hard earn money at the earliest. My mobile no [protected]
