Vodafone India — Unethical behavior, unnecessary data charges | |||||
For my vodafone number, they have charged 600 rs bill for current month.in which they have charged for data (422 rs). As per my 199 plan, the data pack is unlimited (500mb 3g and it will be throttled to [protected]@64kbps speed). I just went to vodafone store to file a complaint. When i asked why i got this much amount. The agent replied that i have used 3g internet post consumption of 500mb 3g. Agent understood the meaning of throttling? His way talking is worst. I would like to file complaint on vodafone for this unethical behavior. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Mobile number is [protected]... So many times my balance was deducted but I got money back after I complain... But this time it is more worse... I have been charged 50 rs amount without any information... This network is very worst for eating money of customers... I have fed up with this network... And also customer response is very bad...
