Vodafone India — Unethical behaviour | |||
Respected Sir/Madam I Mr. Anjan Sutradhar had a vodafone Postpaid Connection bearing no. [protected] I was a oustanding of Rs 1600/= & I want to Surrender the connection .On 16th Oct 15 I got a call from Vodafone care bearing a no. [protected] they told me that if I pay Rs. 1200/= today they will clear up my outstanding and surrender my connection. I paid the amount Rs.1200/- Online at 5.27 PM I gave the Payment ID (EBBR[protected]) to them & they told me they will update & surrender the connection. After 4 month on 11th Feb 16 I got a call from a lawyer with Ph no.[protected] he told me that he got a case that I am have a vodafone post paid connection of no [protected] have a non paying amount of Rs.426/- & if I not pay that amount by today they will put this case to Delhi court. Again I paid that amount yesterday online with payment ID FBBR[protected] at 1.20 PM and confirm him After that I call to Vodafone Care ([protected]) Rumi Madam Pick the call and she told me that they don't have any record and she deny about that case. and they didn't confirm me the connection surrender. I do hereby requested please followup the matter & provide me the surrender confirmation. Was this information helpful? | |||
