Vodafone India — unethical behaviour | |||
I activated a one time internet recharge pack last year, i. E; 2016. I do not recharge the number often. Whenever i recharge the network is making no exception and auto renewing the pack again and again for the last 6-8 months. If this is not unethical, i do not know what is. I called up customer care on 7th september when i noticed vodafone is looting the whatever the balance i had, to deactivate the auto renewing 'internet pack. They sent me a message that they have deactivated it. Surprise arrived today via a message quoting your internet pack has been renewed.
