I am using vodafone postpaid connection. My name is pankaj soni. Email : pnkj. [protected]@gmail.com. My complaints are as follows :
1. I was using this number in karnataka circle till december 2016.in january 2017 i got ported it to rajasthan circle & had cleared all the outstanding bills at the time of getting new sim from the vodafone store situated at nursery circle in jaipur. I paid the last bill of karnataka circle by swiping my debit card at the nursery circle store.
But even after that the same amount has been added in my bills & sent to me. I have sent mails with the screenshot as a proof of the payment on "corporatecare. [protected]@vodafone.com", "vodafone. [protected]@gmail.com", "pavan. [protected]@vodafone.com". & apart from that countless times i have explained the problems i have been facing to them, but it is of no use.
2. There has been some issue with internet connectivity since the time i got ported the number to rajasthan circle. These jaipur people never told me that in jaipur i will not be able to use 4g data connectivity on my iphone 5c due to some reasons 4g connectivity is not supported in rajasthan for iphone 5c phone, this i got to know from one of the customer care agents to whom i complained about the issue.
The other problem is that the network mode is changed automatically from 3g to 2g while using internet. Then again i have to change the setting to 2g & switch back to 3g after which my phone takes a while to change the data speed, which is very very frustrating.
3. I have very poor connectivity at the place of my residing. There are lot of call droppages, poor voice quality etc.
All the above mentioned problems are since january 2017. I have explained them to many employees of vodafone. But these people are showing very careless & unprofessional attitude on this matter, they do not keep any records of the complaints of the customer & every time the customer has to repeat everything to a new company employee.
