Vodafone India — Unethical termination of vodafone number [protected] | |||
I have ported my number [protected] from Gurgaon to Rohtak on the month of October. During the process of number porting, as instructed by the Vodafone store employee, INR 1000 (approx.) was paid over the current billing amount, to make the transaction smoother [ Transaction ID : DSMP[protected]]. The Porting was done from Vodafone to Vodafone. On 18th December 2015, I received a text that INR 531.69 is due from my previous operator. After this Vodafone employee Mr. Jaid Siddique [19th December 2015] has confirmed there is no due. My when I have contacted the customer care yesterday, they have instructed me to go to the Vodafone store & submit the proof of payment [Call reference number[protected]] My complaints are as following: 1. Even after paying my bills (more than what was required), my connection was disrupted [only reason I could think of, is that Vodafone want to cheat me] 2. I have paid the amount on 26th October 2015. Even after almost two months, why the money was not reflected in my account? 3. The call center [199] dedicated to resolve the issue for billing, was not able to check my payment details by referring mu Vodafone transaction ID [Oh! Irony] 4. India’s top communication company, asks us to go to Vodafone store physically, wasting our valuable time, as they cannot resolve the issue online!!!
