[Resolved] Vodafone India — unfair bill charged | |||
My name is Pankaj Shinde and my mobile no is [protected] VODAFONE given me promotional offer 2 months 3G data at Rs.225 and after two months they have charged as per their default plan even though I confirmed with customer executive that i want my 99/- plan rental for internet from 3rd month at the time of activation of this 3G plan for 2 months. Earlier also when i activated this for 2 month that time they have activated my rental 99/- plan for Internet from the 3rd month then why not this time??? Now they are telling me that the bill is right and you have to pay this 2188/- bill, but according to me they are cheating on customers by giving this 2 months promotional plan they charged huge bill from 3rd month. I already confirmed with Vodafone callers about this even though this happens. Please co-operate as waiting for your prompt reply. Was this information helpful? | |||
