Vodafone India — Unfair deduction

Unfair deduction around rs. 10 in the name of call forwarding charges while this setting is disabled in my phone and after deduction didn't send any message for the same. I called to customer care services but they are not refunding my amount and told me that you have activated this setting in your phone as per showing in our system and we have also sent you a flash message for deduction might be which you had delete.
