Vodafone India — Unfair deduction of prepaid credit balance. | |||
Dear Madam/Sir, I am having mobile number [protected]. Yesterday, on 30th October 2016 at around 1:30 to 1:45 PM I made a local call. Before making the call my balance was around Rs.112.During conversation (after around 4-5 minutes) my phone call was disconnected. I got message which showed call charges as Rs.6 (and some paisa) and my balance was shown as Rs.0.00. All my prepaid balance was swallowed by that single local call. I have just switched to vodafone from MTS and the first experience is very bad. I request you to take necessary steps to restore my pre-paid balance. This network was best but right now the internet speed is worst. Even 3g mifi gives the poorest speed.
