[Resolved] Vodafone India — Unknown deduction of balance

I have been using vodafone the past month and it has proved to be highly irritating. I use the 345 data plan in which I am given 1gb per day of data. But somehow I always end up having money deducted from my main balance. I have been trying to talk to the customer care person since the previous night. The option to speak to the person does not even work. At one time the option to talk to the person did not even turn up. I have lot 146 rupees today. And since Vodafone does not allow me to make calls without balance am stuck with no way to make calls. Please, Vodafone change your attitude. Having to leave all our work and come fight with you is hard. And resolve this quickly.
