Vodafone India — unnecessarily charged by the name of access fee | |
Hi, I made a recharge on my mobile ([protected]) of rs 195 from my paytm wallet and i got a talk time of rs1.93, gst of 29.75 and access fee of 163.32. I need my money back, either via talk time or send it back to paytm. This is hillarious thing of deducting money. I need an immediate respond to my complaint. I am attaching the message pic as proof.
