Vodafone India — Unnecessary additional charges on my bill | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I port my Andhra prepaid number to Delhi postpaid on Vodafone network only. I have been unnecessarily charged for Rs 1500 on my bill for some services which I haven't incurred. Vodafone customer care is saying that I have sent 2 messages on 25th Dec 2015 to activate some BlackBerry Service on my number which is not true. I am not even using any BlackBerry phone at all. They have barred my outgoing due to this. I would request you to please help me to sort this out as the company is trying to charge for the service I have never used. My Vodafone no.
