[Resolved] Vodafone India — Unnecessary Amount Charged | |||
Dear Sir, We have a C.U.G. in vodafone, 5 of our members were charged unnecessary amount i.e. two internet plans were running on the same number. How can that be possible. We only get one plan to use but we pay for two plans. We have even not used a single bit of that internet plan.So why we should pay for that? This is how company charges such type o[censored]nnecessary amounts on their users? We want all amount refund on the respective mobile numbers mentioned below. Why should we pay for what we haven't use. We ain't gonna pay for that, or if we have to we will migrate our C. U. group to another telecom company. i have been charged unnecessary for my Internet pack even i havent used even a single mb of it. There were 2 plans running at a same time. i have also requested to nearest vodafone branch for refunding me.
