[Resolved] Vodafone India — Unnecessary charges by Vodafone Delhi | |||
I have been being unnecessarily harassed by Vodafone Delhi.My cell number is [protected].I had taken up a plan of Rs 149 plan on 9th September, 2014 and I got confirmation message on the same on 9th September, 2014 . I was specifically told that all India roaming will be free for INCOMING CALLS and Rs 100 will be present for outgoing calls. However, I have been charged for all my incoming calls which is absolutely wrong. I have pointed in my last bill of September, 2014 but Vodafone as they are, never cared. Even in my current bill of October, I have been wrongly charged through out. Vodafone customer service is pathetic -The customer care people do not talk properly, talk in a very rude, unprofessional, abusive way. They write in their tag lines that 'Happy to help' . But in the real sense, they are 'Happy to Harass'. I have written to the nodal officer and appellate authority - Neha. As usual and as expected, they have not resolved the issue and wasted my time by writing irrelevant emails asking for the same information again and again which has been given to them multiple times. Vodafone employees, including the nodal authority and appelate authority, responsible for this needs to be heavily punished for their lackadaisical attitude.How can they just continue working so inefficiently harrassing customers??
