Vodafone India — unnecessary recharges

My name is honey and I am using vodafone from long time . I did recharge of 649 for unlimited 3g Internet buy after few days the company did a new recharge of stupid 50 mb 2g without even askin me how come i use 2g if i have 3g . i did register for complaint for first time they didn't take complaints and said will be resolve in 24 hours the next day they took complaint and said wait for another 3 days what the crap I need my pack back here is my complaint number [protected] this is case of fraud I cant wait for that much long .Please anybody help me . I am working I don't have any other source except this Internet.
