Dear vodaphone team,
From past 2 months i have charged unnecessary on vas. Though all my services and add on have been stopped. Already. The unbilled amount in my bill keeps increasing day by day shown vas charges. I have being charged double of my bill amount due to this issue. This is not expected from a company like company. Please correct this system flaw and provide me refund of vas charges.
This is serious issue. Postpaid customers are just being cheated and charged too heavily without using the services.
