Vodafone India — unreasonable charges in the bill | |||||
Hi Got a call from vodafone itself for a netpack that in the same charges of 25 0 you'll get 2gb internet instead of 1gb, should i activate it, i said ok if in the same package net is getting increased why to stop it. I asked about the charges and the guy said no no there will be one charge and beyond 2 gb the net speed would be 2g and unlimited net. But when the bill arrived, whole thing was different, 2 tariffs are applied and beyond 2gb i am charged rs. 350, so the total bill increased by 550, why should i pay this when the wrong information was given by the vodafone. I never called that i have an issue with net pack or i want 2gb data. I was quite satisfied, why should i bear the cost??? I also have the audio clips. Was this information helpful? | |||||
