Vodafone India — Unwanted flash messages | |||||
I am subscribing Vodafone prepaid mobile facility with number [protected], but since last couple of months, everyday Rs. 9 to Rs.12 deducted from my prepaid account. Stating Rs 3.00 each for some Flash SMS, While Chating with Vodafone web site, it has been confirmed that there is no such facility activated on my Phone or SIM. But still it is continued deducting Rs. 3.00. This is almost 3 months today but issue is still pending and CRM team continuously forwarding same annoying messages. Vodafone has worst service provider nowadays.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
