[Resolved]  Vodafone India — unwanted services activation

I have a vodafone no. [protected] i hv regular pay my monthly bill. its 3g net connection sim. But without my permission they started a scheme in which i have to pay 6month advance payment n they did not inform me.I told them to stop this 6 months advance payment and continue my one month advance payment but they did not take any action. plz take an action and start my one month bill payment. and they also stop my another no.outgoing [protected] which payment is done there is no due of this stil they stop my outgoing without any notification. plz take an action as soon as possible both nos. are issued on Rahul Sharma.

I have posted a complaint on nov-21 consumer complaint . my two complaint nos. are registered at vodafone store branch name is shakarpur, delhi. my first complaint no.is[protected] on 4 sep and second complaint no. is [protected] on 11sep. But no action is taken till date.
