[Resolved] Vodafone India — upgrading my sim | |||||
Getting message every time about my sim is expiring and its annoying to see it in my inbox every day, every morning. I have registered complaints (Having 2complaint numbers) and no action was taken till date (1 dec 2017), i have been using your service for past 10 years, this is how you treat your customers? It doesn't take me to switch to other network with the same number. If you keep on sending this kind of false messages to my inbox threatening "sim will expire, urgent" then i have no other options from switching to other networks. I don't want your explanations, resolve it, i don't want to see that filthy msg again in my inbox. Was this information helpful? | |||||
