[Resolved] Vodafone India — value added service activated without my consent | |
While checking my monthly bill some value added service added without my consent and charged rs.10 in my bill. This is totally unethical and unfair. Value added service details. Rozgar_seva_ppu_10 I am attaching the part of bill as proof. I was searching vodafone app to raise a simple complaint but that option was not there. As mistake is from your end, adjust my bill.. My wife received a call from this number [protected] and the caller was trying to find out where she lives and was very rude and persistent even after being told he has the wrong number.
