Updated by Joel Wilfred Dsouza Vas have been illegally activated on my phone since june 2017. Complaints raised for reversal in september 2017 (Reversal received for the month of september only). They did not inform me that, these services have been charged for the months of june, july, august, october, november, and december as well.
I've noticed when we call the customer care. They (
Vodafone india) does not identify themselves with these chargeable content download services and call them "third party". My question to them is
1) why do you charge customer from your payment portal for
Ponzi third party content.
2) why do you operate as a medium for these chargeable content
Providers to exploit people.
3) why do you later "identify" them as third party even if they use
Your payment portal.
4) why have you not stopped these third party notifications for the
End-user.
5) how difficult is it for you to know that this is not a fair
Practice.
6) how many people have been affected by this? What have you

8) why is your practice supposed to be a customers

9) why do you say "use the internet carefully" or else you will
Make some ponzi third party use your payment portal to
Charge me? (Arm twisting tactics)
10) why do you want to interfere with the internet.
11) how do you identify a ponzi third part services as value
