Vodafone India — VAS activation without user approval! | |||||
Hi, VAS services are being activated on my number very frequently even though i don't authorize for the activation from my end. I came to know that this is because of a third party that Vodafone has tied up with for the services and VODAFONE cant HELP its customers from this happening. Even after by chance if the customer has known that a VAS is active on his number there is no way that VODAFONE can help its customer by reverting the money that has been TAKEN from its customers without consent. If asked to revert back they explain that the customer has to call the help desk back after bill is generated. This means that for a MISTAKE done by VODAFONE the customer has to remember task and waste his TIME again to get his money back which was deducted from him without his consent.
