Vodafone India — vas service automatically activated. also not deactivated after sending stop message. | |||
In two consecutive billing cycles, around 300 RS have been deducted as vas service charges even though I haven't activated any services. After I got the activation messages, I had sent the STOP message to deactivate the services. Still, I got charged for the same services. The Customer Support Executives don't respond properly, neither do the Vodafone store service associates. Was this information helpful? | |||
