[Resolved]  Vodafone India — very poor service and customer harassment

Dear Vodafone care I would like to share the poor service experienced with vodafone. I am using vodafone for more than 4 years. I had a complaint related to not activation of 3G package offer which i got after purchasing of new mobile phone (Nokia Lumia 630), the offer is 1 GB 3G data/ month for 2 month. First i tried to log complaint through vodafone customer care, but they did not responded well and advice me to communicate with the Vodafone store. I went to vodafone store (GANGTOK) to log complaint (Service registration no. [protected]) on dated 05.06.14. and they assured me that problem will be sort out within 2 working days. Problem is not resolved till date neither got any reply from vadafone. I have taken follow up for several time to Vodafone customer care, but received unexpected reply and the problem is still unsolved. This kind of poor service not expected form service provider like Vodafone, atleast they should reply. If i dont deserve the offer than let me know with the reason.
