Vodafone India — Vodafone changed the postpaid plan without informing for [protected] | |||||
Dear All, I have been continuously been harrassed by vodafone PostPaid team. They have charged me more than my usage every month. I did complain, but that did not change. Lastly they had changed my corporate plan to a very expensive plan and started charging me like anything. I had requested them multiple times to undo the change and levy the extra charge. They did not do that, rather threatened me by sending people to my address as well as court letters. These days they have also started calling in my alternate number saying that I need to pay few lakhs as my vodafone bill has touched that limit. I am thoroughly surprised by the way this company operates. I have all the email proofs which supports what I am talking about. Please let me know of any stern steps I can take to get rid of this frustrating policy of vodafone. Should I also lodge a complaint to the police with the numbers from where I am getting calls ? I had a special recharge of Rs. 35 on 3/2/2017 at 8:34 AM message received that plan is activated and 25 paisa will be charged for STD call but when I placed a call on9:20 A.M. on same day for call duration 2:49 minutes call charge was 1:69 Rs. why more was debited?
