Vodafone cheatings and forgery by unethically means
I have taken vodafone postpaid connection, mo no [protected] on 20 nov 18 by giving 300 rs in advance security & bill payement near golpark vodafone store prayagraj uttar pradesh.
1. They assured that your bill will be not more than 300rs and in first month we will also reduce 99 rs from your advance bill payement whih means 200rs approx
2. On 16 dec before one month i ask them to give my upcoming bill and change my mothly rental from 299 to 249.
3. The bill was twice extra from they told in which they illegaly added 99 rs in the name of one time charge, some old vodafone customer warns me against this store and their forgery cheating after i taken the connection and it was completly true.
4. After that they uses malicious tacktics and false promises for waiving off 99 rs since 16 dec to 29 dec and when i warns them to take action against them
They barred my call and services from one month.
5. Then i ask them to immediate rectify the bill amount which is nearly 200 rs via mails but now they are only harrasing by stoping service and adding illegal amount, sending false soft bills without solving the distpute.

Vodafone cheated millions of indians and our honourable apex court already given a decsion against vodafone for cheating of taxes and ordered them to pay penalty.
So now they are trapping indian consumer, pls take strict action against them.

I have accidentally recharged a wrong number ([protected]) instead of ([protected]) on 15th of february 2019 from Freerecharge service.
I am looking forward to receive a help regarding reversal of the same.
I have attached the screenshot of the recharge details.
