Vodafone — customer not informed prior to deducting the balance for a service
I recieved a msg from vodafine-vx-vfcare today which read that vodafone games service is activated on your number, without any prior information and without me applying for any service. They deducted 21 rs from my account. Please note that they have been continuously deducting balance from my account since i purchased their sim card around one month ago. Till now they have deducted more than 100 rs illegally without any prior information. I called customer care on the day of previous deductions of rs10 and they refunded the amount but now i am not able to talk to customer care on 198. It always redirects to previous menu. I have already activated dnd since 15 days but balance is being deducted continuously without any information. It no where mentioned that a rental of rs21 will be deducted for the same. As per the trai guidelines the customer needs to be informed about any charges prior to the service activation.
Which in my case was not done. My point is that i should have been informed before activation that rs 21 will be deducted from my account.
Request a refund of balance and customer care agent calling service and no further service activation or deductions.
