Vodafone India — vodafone false commitments and bills

One of the vodafone representatives called and introduced me a new plan with higher base price but with great deal, i accepted.

For two months, my bill was fine, after that they started charging double to amount. I kept complaining, but nothing resolved my issue. I thought not to pay the bill till it gets resolved but then they disconnected my number that too when i was travelling. So ofcourse left with no other choice, i had to pay the bill to get my services restored. So after coming back, i thought to port my number to some other network since they were not addressing my problem from quite long time and every month i just end up paying double the bill amount.
That time they called and said we are sorry we will give you waive off of some amount and offer you this new plan, whith lesser base price and extra benefits.
I accepted.
The waiver never happened. And plus again for 2 months, bill was fine, after that double the amount, again they didn't listen. To my complains, again i paid double amounted bill so that my no doesn't get barred, again they never listened till i forwarded request to port my number.
This time the representative with who i was talking give yet another annoying statement that this plan doesn't exist
Which you are claiming. On being told, one of your representatives called me and gave me this plan by saying this offer is only customised for you, this person said it's not possible!!!
I requested kindly check your system for comments, if you can't find any details about fb conversation, there must be a name stamp on your system. With who i talked last, ask that person.
And ti get proof what plan i was offered. You have all the recordings of the conversation, please listen to it and then take any further action. I'm not gonna pay my bill till that time.

If you had been commited what you are saying we willl definitely take action
But you have to pay your bill
Because i can't help you on. That
And from next month till lifetime, i'm offering you this new plan
You will not face any problem in future.

I feel stupid of myself i again believed in them and accepted his words. I asked him to give this in written but he denied.

And the whole drama repeated again!!

I went to vodaphone store this time instead of calling.
So that i can complain, clear my dues and get my number blocked.

He again said this okan doesn't exist
I would register your complain, i would waive off your amount in subsequent bills and you switch to this plan
You will get msg also
It would be now documented.

Waive off happened only on the current bill and never happened again.
I'm again getting extra bill amount

I want to file case against them for forgery/420, kindly help me.
