Vodafone India — Vodafone forcing me to convert my number to postpaid to retain my 8 year old number | |||||
Hi, I am using vodafone pre paid number([protected]) for last 8 years. For past few months I am out of station, so I did not made any calls or messages since this number was in roaming. But I am constantly receiving messages on this number and this number was active during the entire period. 15 days ago, all my services were closed without informing me. Vodafone neither messaged me, mailed me or called me informing closure of my service. I made call on customer care, but they were very rude and disconnected my call several times without giving any information. Now they are saying, If I want to retain my number than I have to take postpaid number for the same number . When I said that I dont want a postpaid number, then customer care said that they cannot help. This is complete harassment. Was this information helpful? | |||||
