​vodafone India — ​Vodafone India - Cheating in internet charges

I have been charged an amount of Rs.1, 300/- towards Internet Charges saying that I have crossed my limit by 300 MB (I have a 1 GB internet pack).It came as a big shock to me because when I had received the message on31/1/2015 that I have crossed 60% of my internet pack, . I am told I dont have one. This is not the way to treat a loyal customer of 9 years. I was told to raise a compliant request but my request got i dint get any responce to me. I finally went to a Vodafone store and they promised to help but they said i have to pay Rs.1 300/- towards Internet Charges. The worst thing in all this is that Vodafone has a top up for 1 GB for just Rs.150/-. Dont these people know that if I had really used my Internet Charges beyond 1.5 GB, I would have simply taken a top up for paid just Rs.150/- instead of Rs.1300/-? The problem is they dont want to listen to a customer at all. They think they can get their way around the way they want. Nobody will sue them for Rs.1300/- so go ahead and trouble the customer. Its the most lousiest experience I have had ever. Now I dont know what to do as I feel like I have been cheated by Vodafone by charging me Rs.1 300/- extra.
