[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Vodafone India - over charges

Last month i had a talk with one of vodafone customer care executive and he waived off the charges which i have not availed. According to him, those charges would be waived off in the next cycle. But today when i checked my billing details, i did not found that details regarding the waived off thing. I called them once again and they told me you have to have give the whole amount. I told them to cancel my 2 numbers but they are saying this can not be done and you have to visit the vodafone centre for that purpose. I am now fed up with vodafone, because i am mentally harassed by them (i already spend around 5-6 hours for this issue). Kindly look into the issue.
