198 which is TRAI mandated toll free number for all networks is not working properly on vodafone. When I try to call the call customer care using this number, it is not getting connected. When I dial from customer care from number, they give you access. But again the next days you will get same problem. It should increase it's capacity to handle customers. It's a biggest scandal. None of their customer care service numbers are working. They deactivated my offer with in 24 hours after it activated. They are taking out money like this from everybody and we are not able to connect to customer care. 199, 198, [protected]. None of these are connecting to customer care.
