[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Vodafone Internet Pack Cheat

Hi, I am an old and active Vodafone user. I always recharge my number's 3G Internet with Rs.95 package which benefits me with 300 mb for 28 days. The last time I recharged my number with the same amount for the same package on[protected], I received a regular message stating that my number has got recharged with Rs.95 and I'll be receiving 300 mb Internet for 28 days along with free 200 mb (which I completely did not ask for). When I checked the usage of my number, it showed me that the Internet package is only valid till[protected]. Vodafone initially mentioned providing me with 28 days validity and what it all I received was 21 days of validity. I spoke to the CCE, they were completely useless to me as usual. No help was provided, instead they did not even assist me well. A legitimate company can't flip from what it has given in writing to me. I want actions to be taken on the company.
